Custom Mindfulness Plan


Our definition of mindfulness is doing anything with complete attention. 
  • Reading.
  • Music.
  • Regular/Sleep Schedule.
  • Walking/Running.
  • Exercise.
  • Writing.
  • Yoga.
  • Coloring.
Ect.. You can create a plan where you can accomplish something. It could be one of these each day or weekly.
