Custom Mindfulness Plan


Our definition of mindfulness is doing anything with complete attention. 
  • Reading.
  • Music.
  • Regular/Sleep Schedule.
  • Walking/Running.
  • Exercise.
  • Writing.
  • Yoga.
  • Coloring.
Ect.. You can create a plan where you can accomplish something. It could be one of these each day or weekly.

PTSD Story

Claire age 20, was in a car accident when she was 5. Ever since then she has PTSD. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Which is so much worse then regular stress. She keeps having flashbacks, sweating, waking up terrified. She went to the doctors to find out what she can do to stop it. Her doctor recommended medicine. She also stared going to counseling two days a week. After about a month going to counseling and taking meds, she realizes all of her syndromes are slowing down. She isn't waking up terrified anymore and not much sweating. But there is a little bit of flashbacks going on with her.
